Shepherd's pie in the toaster oven

Basically this has been my lunch for the last week, and will be in the coming week as well!

Ingredients:
- ground meat (I used chicken)
-a ... bundle... of spinach
- six potatoes
-3 cloves of garlic
-half an onion
-salt, pepper, oregano to taste
-frozen vegetables (half a pack)
-butter
-milk

Kay, first make mashed potatoes: peel and cut up the potatoes, put in a pot, cover them with water and start heating it up. While that's going on, cut up your onion and garlic nice and fine and heat up a frying pan.
Dump the onion and garlic into the frying pan once it's heated. While that's frying, wash the spinach, because you're going to want to dump it in the boiling pot with the potatoes when the potatoes are halfway cooked.

Boil the spinach and potatoes together until the potatoes are soft and break easily with a fork. Drain the whole shebang, then dump it back into the original pan and mash it all together. Add butter and milk to make this process a bit easier and to make the potatoes slightly creamier. Put it aside to rest.

Add the meat to your frying onion and garlic, and make sure it's browned. After that, add the frozen vegetables and fry the whole lot together, adding the spices and seasonings as you like.

When it's all cooked and hot and delicious, spoon it into a square tinfoil baking pan (100yen at the 100yen store!) - I had to use two - and cover it with the potato/spinach mix. Pop them into the toaster oven for about eight minutes, and voila! Delicious shepherd's pie!
