What is this even?

This is where Keitorin and Ariel, both from Canada originally, record their misadventures with eating and cooking food in Japan. Instead of cereal, onigiri. Instead of hamburgers, sushi. Instead of an oven, a rice-cooker. You see how it is.

Note: Ariel is gluten-free, but so far undiagnosed with celiac disease - the recipes she posts on this blog will be gluten-free to the best of her abilities, but she's not going out of her way to purchase 100% gf-certified soy sauce or baking powder or any of that fancy stuff.
