Gluten-free snacks

Pizza without the wheat! Who'd have suspected a gf
product from Doritos? And they don't taste too bad, either.

No recipes here - this is stuff you can just buy in the store. It's definitely harder to figure out what's gluten-free and what's not around here, especially since I've only memorized the kanji for wheat, and not barley or rye, although wheat is what I really have to be most careful of.

After much searching, I was able to find not one, but two gluten-free cereals today!

253 grams for 198en
Corn flakes! Without wheat! It's awesome... and I can be pretty sure nobody sticks rye in their cornflakes. I'm not so sure about barley, but I didn't see anything that matches up to the kanji I looked up, so I'm pretty sure they're safe.

270 grams for 198en
Looking forward to this one - chocolate puffed rice. Mmmmm. Now all I need is some soy milk!

On sale for 88en! So happy!
These are... interesting. Gluten-free, but I'm sure my sodium levels have skyrocketed since snacking on them. They're sort of sweet-salty, and it's actually quite off-putting at first, but then you have the second one, and then you can't stop eating them. These three items are all from the company called "Calbee", by the way. They also make the strange potato chip-fries in a paper cup that are so popular in convenience stores - some of them are gf, some aren't - I shall try to take a picture.

I've been meaning to do an ingredients post, as well - I'm sure I'll get around to it some time!
